Moy Estuary Study

This project aims to carry out a full assessment of the commercial, touristic, community and social benefits and uses of the Moy Estuary and how the local community and commercial sector in Ballina, Enniscrone & Killala can lead and drive any suitable projects or developments identified. The ultimate aim is to ensure that the natural resource that is the Moy Estuary is developed in a sustainable  way to ensure it retains and returns value to the local community from a commercial, social and environmental perspective.  Furthermore the identification of any projects or development must be in accordance with sustainable development principles.
